Gavin Cox Chief Finance Officer Adelie
Gavin joined the Food Partners Leadership Team as Finance Director early in 2010, bringing with him a wealth of FMCG experience having operated at Director/Board level with a number of large food manufacturers including Greencore, McCambridge and Uniq plc.
Bruce Clague Commercial Director (Retail & Coffee chains)
Bruce joined the Adelie Food Group in 2009, before transferring to the Food Partners division in July 2010 as Commercial Director for the Coffee & Retail sector.
In addition to his commercial responsibilities, Bruce also heads up both the Marketing and New Product Development teams across the Food Partners Group.
Bruce has worked in the Food and Drink sector for over 20 years in both the UK & Ireland, and before joining Adelie, worked on a number of leading brands during a career with Unilever, Bulmers and latterly the Campbell's Soup Company.
Andrew Sharp Procurement Director
Andrew joined Food Partners from Marks & Spencer where he was most recently a Category Buyer. Andrew brings extensive procurement experience across a number of product areas including produce, dairy, soft drinks, bakery, ready meals and desserts. Andrew is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (MCIPS).
Peter Cleghorn Technical Director
Peter joined in November 2007, and has a breadth of experience gained in technical and general management roles in chilled food manufacturing, principally with Northern, Hazlewood and Grampian. He has worked with all of the retailers across many product areas - meat and meat products of every variety, pizza and sandwiches. He is an active member of the BSA Technical Group, and previously participated in the Technical Advisory Committee for the British Meat Processors Association.
Allan Stirling Manufacturing Director
Allan was appointed Manufacturing Director in March 2009 having previously been General Manager at the Kilmarnock site. He has a wide range of skills in manufacturing processes and operations planning which he has gained across a number of roles in chilled and ambient food manufacturing businesses, including Northern Foods and United Biscuits.
Lauri Duncan HR Director
Lauri was appointed HR Director in November 2009 having previously undertaken a wide program of HR policy development and change management within the Group. She has a breadth of experience in HR management gained in generalist roles within the FMCG sector. Lauri is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and, in 2010, graduated with an MBA (with distinction) from Kingston University Business School.
Alan Marriott Supply Chain Director
Alan joined Food Partners Group as Supply Chain Director in September 2010. He was previously Operations Director for Abel and Cole and Head of Logistics for Twinings. Alan has worked in chilled and short shelf food businesses for most of his career. Roles have included product development, factory management and both international and domestic supply chain management.
David Guy Commercial Director (Contract Catering & Travel)
David transferred to Food Partners from the Superior Food business unit where he held a number of commercial and general management positions, most recently as Commercial Director. David brings to the team an in-depth knowledge of the travel sector having previously held operational and procurement roles in airline catering businesses, as well as a wealth of experience in managing relationships and driving innovation in the produce and prepared fruit categories.
